Natura All-Day Dining at Gran Meliá Nha Trang was designed by H2X as an open, flexible dining environment closely connected to its coastal resort context. Covering approximately 396 sqm, the project was completed in 2023 with a Tropical Contemporary approach.
The challenge of an all-day dining restaurant is not to create one fixed atmosphere, but to support different moments of use, guest profiles and continuous operational rhythms throughout the day. H2X therefore organized the interior through open spatial layers, flexible seating and a centrally positioned buffet zone, establishing a clear flow between service, circulation and guest experience.
Light timber, woven textures, neutral surfaces and integrated greenery soften the scale of the restaurant while introducing a tropical character without relying on overt decorative references. Ceiling structures and lattice elements create rhythm, filter views and define individual zones without using heavy partitions.
For Natura, the design is conceived as a hospitality experience that can shift throughout the day — from quick breakfasts and family dining to slower, more relaxed moments. The result is a space where operational clarity and spatial flexibility work together, while maintaining a consistent sense of ease, openness and resort living.
