Hispania at Gran Meliá Nha Trang was designed by H2X as a dining environment where the spirit of Spain is translated into a contemporary experience rather than reproduced through familiar decorative references.
The interior is shaped by soft, continuous movement, with curved forms flowing across the ceiling, walls and spatial openings. This creates a strong visual rhythm while allowing different zones to remain connected as part of one coherent restaurant experience. Metallic accents, darker surfaces and warm lighting add depth, while the restrained neutral palette keeps the focus on dining itself.
A key part of the design is the relationship between dining and operation. The open kitchen is treated as part of the guest experience, allowing food preparation to become an active and visible element rather than something concealed behind the restaurant.
For Hispania, H2X aimed to create an environment where brand identity, operational clarity and guest experience work together as one system — distinctive enough to establish a clear sense of place, yet restrained enough for food, service and human interaction to remain at the centre of the experience.
